Redefining Home Therapy - Direct Home Therapy combines client satisfaction with therapist satisfaction to deliver ACTUAL results. We are looking for experienced and passionate therapists to join our growing team!

We are looking for full-time therapists (20-25+ hours/week), but we offer part-time positions where you are able to set your own hour requirements.

We are committed to the growth and development of our therapists and provide communication and assistance based on the individual therapist's needs. We are always available as a resource, while still allowing for therapist independence.

Each therapist is given $250 annually toward continuing education to ensure clinical excellence and occupational growth. We work with each therapist to make sure clients are clustered and located in accessible areas to make commuting more efficient.

 

Each candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and time management skills to maximize functional outcomes in the home setting. Most importantly, Direct Home Therapy was founded on the principle of client satisfaction – each client must be 100% satisfied with their therapist and feel valued, heard, and understood!

Responsibilities:

· Evaluate and treat patients in their homes for full, 60-minute sessions

· Proficient in treating clients with a range of diagnoses including but not limited to: Orthopedic Injury, Joint Replacement, Parkinson's Disease, Aquired/Traumatic Brain Injury, Cancer, Pain, Spinal Cord Injury, COVID-19, COPD, Heart failure, CVA, Dementia, Age-related Debility.

· Provide creative and individualized treatment sessions

· Engage family and caregivers as needed, providing education/HEP/DME recommendations

· Thoroughly complete all documentation via HelloNote EMR

· Maintain frequent communication with your supervisor

Requirements:

· Active NYS License and Registration

· CPR Certifications

· Malpractice Insurance

· At least 2 years of clinical experience (Homecare preferred but not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
